Yes. Submit custom size, shape, colour, material and design requests through our Custom Rug Advisor. Feasibility, price and making time are confirmed after review.

Standard dispatch estimates are 15 days for domestic orders and 20 days for international orders. A product or approved custom quotation may specify a different making time. Transit and customs clearance take additional time.

Standard shipping is currently free for India and international orders under our Shipping Policy. Request written confirmation of destination duties or import taxes in an international quotation before payment.

COD is available only for eligible Indian addresses and carries a ₹150 handling charge. International orders must be prepaid.

After Razorpay is activated, the methods enabled for the account may include UPI, cards, net banking and supported wallets.

Slight variation in colour, weave, texture and dimensions is natural in handmade production and screen display. A material difference from the confirmed specification should be reported promptly.

Report a defective product within seven days of delivery. Eligibility and the process are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Defective custom rugs are also eligible under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not offered for custom work.

Use gentle low-suction vacuuming and blot spills immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing unless product-specific instructions permit them. See our Rug Care Guide.

International enquiries and orders are accepted, subject to destination serviceability, payment verification and applicable customs rules.
