About the Seller
CLEVORA Rugs is operated by C. L. INTERNATIONAL. These terms apply to orders placed through clevorarugs.com and direct orders accepted by our authorised team.
Products and Handcrafted Variation
Our rugs may be handcrafted or made to order. Slight variations in colour, texture, weave and dimensions are natural characteristics of handcrafted production and are not defects unless they materially differ from the confirmed specification.
Prices and Orders
Displayed and confirmed prices are fixed for the relevant order. Standard worldwide shipping is included and no separate standard shipping charge is added. An order is accepted when CLEVORA Rugs issues confirmation and, where applicable, receives the required payment.
Payment
- Online prepaid payment options may include UPI, cards, net banking and other methods provided by the enabled payment gateway.
- Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible addresses within India and carries a non-refundable ₹150 COD handling charge.
- International orders must be prepaid.
Cash on Delivery availability may be restricted for custom, high-value, remote-area or otherwise ineligible orders. A COD order may be verified before acceptance.
Delivery
Standard dispatch is estimated at approximately 15 days for domestic orders and 20 days for international orders. Product-specific or agreed custom timelines take precedence. Transit and customs clearance time are additional. FedEx is the preferred courier, although another suitable logistics partner may be used. These are estimates and may vary because of production, destination, customs or events outside reasonable control.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made within 6 to 7 hours of order confirmation. Cancellation may not be possible after production, customisation, packing or dispatch begins.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are limited to verified defective, damaged, incorrect or materially mismatched products reported within 7 days of delivery. Eligible return shipping is borne by the seller. Custom products are also eligible when defective. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the complete procedure.
Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, graphics, product photographs and original designs may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission, except where applicable law permits.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer rights available under applicable law are not excluded. Courts having lawful jurisdiction in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh will apply, subject to mandatory consumer-forum jurisdiction.
