Shipping Coverage
CLEVORA Rugs, operated by C. L. INTERNATIONAL, accepts and ships orders worldwide. Customers may place orders directly through our website or contact our team for custom and assisted orders.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free for both domestic and international orders. No separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout. Product prices are fixed and the amount payable is shown before the order is confirmed.
Dispatch Estimates
- Domestic orders within India: approximately 15 days from order confirmation.
- International orders: approximately 20 days from order confirmation.
Handcrafted or custom-made rugs may require additional production time. If a different timeline applies, it will be communicated before the order is accepted. The estimates above refer to dispatch, not arrival. Transit time and customs clearance are additional and depend on the destination, public holidays and courier service.
Courier and Tracking
Orders are ordinarily shipped through FedEx or another suitable logistics partner where required. Tracking details will be shared when the shipment is dispatched.
Customs and Import Requirements
International shipments may be subject to destination-country customs procedures, documentation requirements or statutory charges. Any amount not expressly included in the confirmed order total will be communicated where known; charges imposed directly by a foreign authority remain subject to that authority’s rules.
Delivery Damage
Please inspect the package on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and provide the order number, photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Eligible return shipping will be arranged or borne by the seller.
